Halo ("we," "us," "our") provides free, independent online tools — including the longevity assessment at profile.insurehalo.com and the planning tools at core.insurehalo.com — built for informational and educational purposes. This policy explains the very small amount of data these tools handle.
What we collect
When you complete the longevity assessment, your answers and the resulting scores are saved only in a cookie stored in your own browser, on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, or store this information on any Halo server, and we do not share it with any third party.
We do not require an account, email address, or any other sign-up to use the assessment. If you choose to email us directly, we'll only use that address to reply to you.
Cookies
We use one first-party cookie to remember your saved results between visits, and — with your explicit confirmation — to let you reuse those same answers on another Halo tool instead of re-entering them. See our Cookie Policy for full detail. We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
Your choices
- Clear your saved result at any time using "Forget saved result" on the results screen
- Clear your browser's cookies to remove all saved data immediately
- Decline the "import my answers" prompt on any Halo tool — nothing is shared unless you explicitly choose to import it
Children's privacy
Halo's tools are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
